Welcome to CO2Lift® by Lumisque in the UK market. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.co2lift.co.uk (the “Site”), any purchase of products offered through the Site, and any subscription services you may enroll in.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from placing any orders.

References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Global Regenerative Group (GRG) as the European operator of the Site and EU distributor of CO2LIFT products.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

The Site and the products available through it are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of Products and Medical Disclaimer

CO2Lift® products are cosmetic and wellness treatments intended for external use. They are not:

      prescription medications,

      medical devices,

      surgical substitutes, or

      treatments intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, and product descriptions—is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual results will vary based on skin type, frequency of use, environmental factors, existing treatments, and adherence to application instructions. Testimonials, clinical data, and before-and-after imagery shared on the Site represent reported experiences and measured outcomes under specific conditions and do not guarantee identical results for every user.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are undergoing any dermatological, cosmetic, or surgical treatments, we strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using any CO2Lift® products.

3. Compliance with Cosmetic Regulations (EU / UK)

All CO2Lift® products distributed in the European market by GRG are manufactured and placed on the market in accordance with:

      Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products;

      Applicable national legislation in EU/EEA Member States;

      UK cosmetic regulations (for orders fulfilled to the UK, where applicable);

      CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal) and any other relevant requirements, where applicable.

We comply with applicable EU/EEA and UK requirements for safety assessment, product information files (PIF), labeling, and ingredient declaration (INCI).

It is the responsibility of the purchaser outside the EU/EEA/UK to ensure compliance with any additional importation requirements, duties, or cosmetic registration rules in their own jurisdiction before ordering.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices listed on the Site are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed, using any of the payment methods available at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment platforms. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.

For customers outside the Eurozone, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or other charges, which are your sole responsibility.

5. Order Processing, Fulfilment, and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within two to three (2–3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. Processing time may be longer during high-volume sales periods, product launches, or inventory shortages.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

      For orders within the UK, standard shipping times typically range between 1-2 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

      For orders outside the UK, delivery times will depend on customs clearance and local postal/courier operations.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Tracking information will be provided via email (where available) once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for:

      carrier delays,

      customs delays, or

      lost or stolen packages after handover to the carrier.

6. International Orders (Non-UK)

We may ship to selected non-UK countries. All such orders are subject to the import laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for:

      compliance with local cosmetic regulations,

      customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, and

      any additional documentation required by local authorities.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for products delayed, refused, or confiscated by customs authorities outside the UK.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our UK Refunds & Returns Policy applies and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In line with UK consumer law, consumers located in the UK typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for distance contracts. However, due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of CO2Lift® products:

      Only unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for return.

      Once a product has been unsealed or used, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Subscription Services and Cancellation Policy

We offer subscription-based product delivery services managed through SMARTRR. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring charges for the product(s) selected at the frequency chosen at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

      All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles before they can be canceled.

      Cancellations requested before the three-month minimum has been fulfilled will not be honoured, and the subscription will continue until the minimum term is completed.

To cancel your subscription after the minimum term:

      log into your account and manage your subscription settings through SMARTRR, or

      contact us at mail@belle.org.uk at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Any cancellation request received after a renewal has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, product images, logos, videos, design layouts, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Lumisque, Inc. and/or Global Regenerative Group (GRG), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission or the permission of the respective rights holder.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable European and UK law, Global Regenerative Group (GRG) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or this Site, or from any delay or inability to use the Site.

Our total liability for any direct damages related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product(s) at issue.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Regenerative Group (GRG), its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

      your misuse of the Site or products,

      your violation of these Terms, or

      your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

      the laws of the UK, and

      applicable European Union consumer protection legislation,

without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence as a consumer.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England. As a consumer in the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) for cross-border disputes, where available.

13. SMS Consent Communication (EU / UK)

The information (such as phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Belle Health Ltd in relation to CO2Lift® by Lumisque, you may receive messages related to:

      order and shipping updates,

      follow-up messages,

      customer service inquiries,

      promotions or offers (only if explicitly consented to).

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

Potential Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages in the following ways:

      By checking a consent box on a form or at checkout;

      By submitting an online form;

      By otherwise giving explicit consent.

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at mail@belle.org.uk to request removal from our messaging list.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, provided such changes comply with applicable law. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
